Nice that you 3 have made these books. Only some questions has been ask to me.....
Some people want to order some. But have no pay-pall or/and electronic ways to pay.

I have a beautiful stack of training booklets now sitting in my living room, the plastic lamination glistens in the sun.

I hate that too... its like we're all Bill Gates-es, and we're like "send" - "don't send".
In my case it went even to the next level: " to become rich by producing..."

At least nobody can copy - paste - forward.... my work, like yours can
