2008 New Zealand Interclub Championships

Underwater Hockey New Zealand has received some requests for information on our interclub championships to be held in Christchurch. The website location for the tournament information is Underwater Hockey New Zealand . International teams are most welcome. Individual players will need to join a club in New Zealand if the wish to participate as our systems are based on clubs rather than individuals.

NEW ZEALAND INTERCLUB COMPETITION DETAILS

When: Thursday 18th September 2008 until Saturday 20th September 2008
Where: QEII Aquatic Centre, Christchurch, New Zealand
Team Entries Due: Friday 15th August 2008
Entry Fee: $700 includes NZ squad selection announcements and medal presentation function

Grades: Premier- Similar to Aussie State or NZ Regional Mens Standard (4-5 teams)
A-Grade- NZ U19/ NZ Womens plus regional level mens (6-8 teams)
B- Grade NZ Womens/ U19 Womens, Social Mens (6-8 teams)
C-Grade Novice (4-6 teams)
Womens A/B Womens (4-6 teams)

Entry forms and Event packs will be uploaded to the UWHNZ website in late May.
