| 2-2 or 1-2-1 In a 4 on 4 game, what are the advantages / disadvantages of playing 1-2-1 versus 2 forwards and 2 backs? |
| ||||
| A 1-2-1 Vs 2-2 just comes down to the people on the team. If you have a real strong forward type and a supper strong stopper, then a 1-2-1 may seem obvious, knowing that that 1 in front will need to work his super hard. A 2-2 would be a little more standard all around type formation. Keys would be having pairs that know each other well, so the backs can play off each other and the forwards can just go nuts the whole time.
