| The name might depend on the group you're playing with... EuroPuck for C-org, AquaPuck for WAA. I think I once saw an AquaPuck on Aquaman's utility belt. And Flk, I disagree with you on this. The naming is THE most important part. Remember the whole issue with Underwater Hockey and Aquachallenge? We have precedent. Doesn't matter what's best for those involved, you gotta get a name that gets people talking. In the meantime I'll see if I can get someone to come up with an app for the iPuck and next Worlds can be spent in a bar with iPhones figuring out who is the iPuck Champ. I wonder if you could use the app to practice puck moves. Pull the puck around underneath you and you get a gloving call. Hmmm, it's got potential.

| Um... why? If an experienced top level player tests the puck then they would by definition be moving it faster and testing it harder than a low level player. The top level player's opinion would therefore have more weight since the behaviour of the puck would be put to a sterner test.

| Plus the amount and range of experience is generally far greater which allows for any comparisons to have actual merit.

| OK, so I got the tester puck in the mail yesterday, thanks Steve... should have the first chance to test it out tonight. At first glance it looks good, very similar to the bontje puck. For those in NL who want to test this puck out, the plan is at the moment that I will have it for a few weeks (will be at Argonauta trainings for the coming 3 weeks or so, and I will try to take it to a Barramoenda training also on a Tuesday), and then I will pass it on to Sven in Tilburg for a few weeks, who will then pass it on to Simon. Simon should be able to pass it on to other clubs to try out also; if anyone else wants a go, let me know and we will see how to get the puck to you. There is one small problem.... sigh. One of the plastic plates has been slightly damaged - it is not much and should not really effect the playing characteristics. This occured since last night I unpacked the puck in the kitchen and left it on the stove. This morning one of my sons (still to establish which one, the oldest maintains that Mama did it) decided that turning on the stove would be a good idea. Luckily we noticed almost immediately, but the surface of the plate is slightly damaged - Steve, is it possible to replace the plates? If so, please send one new one and let me know the cost and I will pay you for it. The coating around the outside is not damaged at all luckily. If we can't replace it, then don't worry, like I said it is reasonably superficial damage. And,,, my apologies.
