Orca vs Worlds2008 pucks?

Hello,

Please could anyone give some comparison between the Orca
Stop Pucking Around!
and the worlds2008 pucks
15th World AquaChallenge Championship 2008 - Championship Puck
??

We are about to purchase some for our club and have some doubts since we didn't have the cance to try any of them... For what I read from you guys, the Orca has more tendency to "bobble", but somewhere Nandos said it was better than the worlds2008. Any input is highly appreciated!

Alex

PS: We have the pink aussies, and don't like them at all. We also have the simms from Sheffield and love them but they are so much pricey. We are looking to buy a relatively big amount for trainings and price also came into play...

Orca puck is reasonable.

Worlds puck is crappy - bobbles, sticks, poor quality.

Hi Alex,

I have played with the ORCA pucks for years now and rated much higher than the worlds 2008 puck used. I also have each of them in my bag and it is always preferred to play with the ORCA puck than the 2008 puck, not just by myself but by all my team mates... The durability factor is much much higher as well...

Orca puck moves around quicker, lasts probably about 6 times longer than the 2008 puck. I would say the only thing about the 2008 puc that was good was that it stuck to the bottom, limiting the skill speed, good for the defense very bad for the offense as well as the hand getting alot of hits... Orca puck also flicks very very well if you get yor flick in just the right place and perfect it... A back flick with the Orca puck is most devestating in a high intensty game... We have 1 of our Elites that are most dedicated to perfecting this... he he, inside info... lol... I can definitely say the ORCA puck is good buy..

Thanks for your input!

I think we are going to give a try to the Orca ones .... apparently no one had tried them before in Spain and Portugal....
