atapene will become famous soon enough
actually i lost the fins in wellington... well actually someone i left them with in wellington to try lost them on behalf of me.

can you pm me your friends details and i can forward to matt so he can get in touch with him?

it looks like i might be seeing another trial pair of leaders, in the correct size this time if i'm lucky.

but to be honest, in nz i really doubt they will be an option as they cost $355 nz dollars per pair including shipping... and that is utterly ludicrous.

there are no issues ive noticed with not being able to get the cadence up enough with fibre fins... i normally use alas, have a fast kick-speed AND wimpy legs and i had no problems getting the nemos or leaders up to a fast kick.

oceanic v6 menu

I would have to agree with BFB there. I use V6 for refereeing in when I know I will be spending a lot of time in the pool. I can't ever remember cramping while wearing V6's. They can take a bit of getting use to, when compared to quatros or alas.
cheers,

Good measuring skills, they seem to match what scubastore lists them as. Speaking of which, scubastore are selling full-foot quattros again

Benny, does it help you if I measure up my leaders (Karmo's: "UW Rugby fins" or leader's "UW Games fins 2006": click) ?

Do you cut 10cm off exactly? Could you or anyone upload a photo of some cut Quattro's? I'ts because we have a lot of people with problems with them and they want to cut, but they don't know how long...

Can be 11 or even 9 cm but something like that, yes. I will post a photo of those manhandled fins as well as my new, and seriously cute due to their teeny-weeny size, leaders.

Sizes are known, I cut off the last 10 cm or so using an ordinary scissors

Leaders, the UW Rugby version, not sure if you have this one yourself Benson. Anyway,
total length:49 cm
blade length: 22 cm
max width: 23.5 cm
