Fiberglass Hockey Fins

I know this shouldn't exactly go here, but the 'alternative to ala's' thread looks a long time dead.
But, have any of the NZ guys tried the Nettuno Underwater hockey fins supplied by

Back on topic, Monster have you anything to report on your steel plate leaders?

I like them, but am having to change my finning style from the Quattros. Havent really had a chance to test them flat out but I do know that in the morning my legs hurt

Calcium and magnesium tablets helps get rid of cramps/help prevent them.

I take them before I play in leaders everytime and they work wonders.

Your feet will get used to them after a few weeks of constant pain.

My actual feet arent too bad, I wear some thin neoprene socks which makes it a snug to firm fit. The footpockets seem to be just the right size for my feet.

Does anyone know what the name of these fins? I have seen a couple of players here in the UK using fins seemingly made of a blade (possibly carbon) which is luminous orange on one side and turquoise/aquamarine on the other. They have (I think) rubber edge down each side and seem to go vrey quick indeed. I just can't find them on the web!

Indeed, they are Breiers.

They do go fast, but please see other posts about durability. Although I understand from a Frenchie that the guy making them is working to improve the life of the blade. We will see, the last ones were good for 3 months, just got my second pair. FYI, they cost around 170 Euro.

Breier is a sponsor of the Belgian National team and we had some fins to this years Euros.
I have the very first model, Durability of mine is good, although they often need to be reglued and my team mates have already broken some.

He did have some new models though and one looked really interesting. It was the same blade as my breier, but put in an Imersion foot pocket. This made them a bit stiffer, which is better in my case and increases durability.
nice additional feature is a velcro on top to tighten the food pocket.

As Jols already pointed out, they are more expensive. The ones described above even go up to just not 200euros if I am not mistaken.
