An aquifer is a water bearing layer of rock or soil. Aquifers are separated by impermeable layers of rock or clay called an aquitard. Aquitard, however may sound a bit offensive to some, and therefore we will be changing the name to Aquachallenge.

If you get those over here by end of March I could have the men's team try them out too before we head off to Durban. And I could bring them falong or anyone that wanted to demo them there.

I agree, if I was to be judged by our goverment, I wouldnt dare write in here. We also have similar guy (with large margin) as you have with Bush. Well... our's probably flying off few months before yours, hopefully never to return... Prime ministers unfortunatly dont have the rule of maximum two terms in office. Ah, the hell with politics... but I couldnt help not to spike you a bit .

I'll send them to Tuck, as I can see you both live in California, so share them arround. There will probably be 2 pairs made of different material and will cost something, even though they will be test models. I already have in wait order of 10 pairs of test fins and ship them arround EU and world. All that will happen, if and when I'm satisfied with them. Its probable that it will take me much longer than that!

What kind of material? Rubber or fibre?

None of those materials, for sure!

Although alas design is possible with fiberglass, I dont see the need for it. I have nothing against fiberglass, I just dont think its good material for hockey fin. But I might change my mind one day, under different ways of using it in a fin design, fiberglass might(MIGHT !) help. Theres a palete of materials out there that can do more, better, are much longer lasting and more suitable for a game. Fiberglass and its variables seems to be excellant materials for finswimming fin, but thats it.

In fact, one of my now-prefered materials can be, or better is called "fiber-something". But its got nothing to do with fiberglass or carbon fibers, and a laimen could possibly call it rubber. I might use something else... its called development.

Just wondering if anyone has a done a comparison timewise between the Leaders and the Breiers?

Leaders marginally faster, but boy do they hurt your feet. Makes me think putting cheese toasties in a sandwich press.
