Talking Help, what kind of fins

Hi,
I need new fins, cause my last ones are broken. The problem is, I don`t know which ones. I play uwh since 2 years like the rest of my team , so they are testing either.
My question now is:
1. better short and hard
2. long and smoth
3. doesn`t matter
(I mean the fins )

My training skill is quite good, i used cressi pro star before. I tried very smoth fins, but i couldn`t turn much fast with them.
Maybe I get a little help from this board!!!!
And no, I don`t want those "special" women fins.

How long were you able to use the Cressi Pro-Star before they broke??
Do you play a forward or a Back?

I used them for 4 years. Most of the time I`m playing forward, but it depends on how many people are at the training sessions. Germany is quite new with uwh so everbody plays everywhere (specialy in our club)
Maybe you could say, what fins for what position and what the differences are between them.
thanks
