Who now this type stick?

It is not a model that is in use much in the Netherlands. But after all we found it broken in 3 pieces in Zeist
(the Netherlands) Last weekend april 2007.

Who now this model stick?
And can tell us more about it.
The lenght off this stick is 26,5 cm long
We repaird this one so we can make a copie in polyurethaan from it.
Then next training this week we can test how it is playing.

A broken one made from wood. Found at the selection trainings days in the netherlands.

The pieces against eachother for the real form.

After repairs.

That stick looks like severl French sticks i think i've seen. There are also quite a few in Western Canada, Edmonton and Vancouver that use sticks just like that. I don't like the forward angle that drastic, I can't control the height of my flick with that design. I can get wicked height but never know how high or far it's going to go and have no hope of keeping a low flick.

My stick is pretty similiar, with just a bit of a forward angle. I've been increasing the size/weight over all demensions of the stick for the last several years, I don't see it going any further than this.

eh, i'll see if I can figure out how to acutally post a pick. I think i need to register someplace like photobucket, can't seem to post from a flickr pic

I post my photos first in my, my space site. Or on my clubsite. But a normal photo bucket is also good.
YOu need Jpeg or gif pictures. Flickr photos dont have that.

I look forwards to see your stick. (the Dutch selection will say, keep it out off Svens hands. Even when its broken. He will repair it and try it. From each stick you can learn, and so improve each time you design a new stick. By this stick it seems that the angle stick/handle is to big. But the handle itself feels good in my hand.

I'm assuming you're S. in the See The Game forum? This was posted in a couple threads about stick design and what not.

The stick in the lower left corner looks like it is one of the designs by John Fisher out here in Club Puck. He has a dozen or so designs that all have some similarities. Mine is one of them as well.

Yeah Steve Kars aka CanAm pucks and sticks, has been living in California since about 2002, this puck was actually specially made much harder for use in concrete pools. Worked great, for a while, then it cracked apart. I guess making the urethane harder also made it more brittle.
