Best trainnings for beginners

Hi There ,

I am from Portugal and i am member of a new underwater hockey team ( 2 Months old ) !!

Despite having lots of informations about technical aspects i would like to hear some suggestions about how to train beginners ( phisically and technically ) . We have 16 players , lots of them without too much experience on water , so are there more indicated trainnings for this level of people ?

I am sure there are plenty..

I have a schedule with some basic exercises that are meant for beginners to get a feel for underwater hockey. I am sure that these will give you some useful info to start with. Unfortunately I only have them hard copy at the moment - if you send me your address via PM I will be happy to mail them to you.
