if you scroll back a bit in this thread you'll find a list of times... they are times that the clock should read when the bleep sounds. so if you have a gong, you hit the gong when it says 30, 00, 32, etc etc and it'll be on the right interval.
the test is graduated so it gives you more time to complete the length at the start of the test, and the interval slowly goes down as you progress.
each length is 25m, on the surface for the first half (12.5m) and underwater to the wall from halfway. its best to stick a lane rope across at halfway that you have to go under to prevent cheating.
keep going until you can't make the beep... the number of lengths you make is your score.
