GB squad fitness test - by Stapper

I JUST GOT ON THE GB SQUAD
Part of the assesment was a Fitness test. It was very simple and i would be interested to know what you guys on this site can do.
in this order...
with hockey kit on...and a friend with a stopwatch on the side.

25m sprint underwater,
3min rest
20L (500m) Half underwater, half over.
3min rest
25m sprint underwater.

There were other assesments, but i want to know what the rest of the world is doing these in

We have to do the same things at the GB19's session, its just we never get told our times- next time I'll find mine out! So its just a race against other team mates. Where's the GB elite's squad training? Because they've just moved ours to Eastleigh and its a real pain to get to!

You must have been shifting to do that in 6.03 when you had 6 mins rest as well

3 min rest after 1 L sprint, should be fresh as a daisy monster
