actually Duck science is the only set of methods that do reliably separate out what works and what doesn't.

Your issue is with interindividual variability. The way to get around that is by varying conditions within the same person.

No. People in science-related fields believe that to be true. Although science can get close, it can't come up with the definitive. What science can do is crunch numbers and use statistics to give you what might work best for the majority of people under certain circumstances. Take George Burns, famous American Comedian and Actor, who lived to be 100 and smoked a cigar and drank everyday. Science says that is not the way to live that long. Yet he did and he was very active very late in his life.

I just agreed to give Benson the last training spot. Damn.

Ok, i'm up for this. What is the goal to win the training challenge?
I remember Liam needs to get to a lean 85kg - which is actually not too hard. But it will take alot of work. Maybe 3 - 4 months worth that is
Benson, what is your goal?
The equation for you could be a lost1 - 1.5 kilos per week, times 12 to 16 weeks, thats 12 to 24 kilos. Well you get the picture.
