| haha! i'm growing facial hair and foregoing haircuts... not gonna trim my nails either, while benny will be shaving his entire body and making sure he's not carrying any excess ear-wax for the weighin. all sorts of tactics can come into play...

| Weekly Update Sorry boys and girls, no photo this week. Those of you who've spent the last 6 weeks lusting after my smoothly rounded chubbiness will just have to restrain yourselves for an extra few days... Weight: 104.2kg Loss this week: 1200gm Total weight lost: 7.2kg Average per week: 830gm Status: Endochubby. Could still be used as a floatation device, but only just.

| Did anyone notice that this thread has had over 6200 views so far? Geez, i think there's a bit of pressure there guys. Anyway it's Monday. Check in time. Atapene, full details of last week please. I'll personally see Alex & BentFishBoy later today. So i'll attack them with my calipers & report on their skin folds etc then. If i have time i'll do a podcast on Benny -should be interesting to hear us thrash out the science involved if you like that sort of thing?

| ah, but half those views are us checking in! i've been feeling really good in the gym over the last week or so, really enjoying the sessions and looking forward to them... have to go replenish my food supplies tonight cos i've run out of everything again but all good. this avo i'll be able to post full details as today is the end of a cycle.
