atapene will become famous soon enough
um, hmmm.

inspired by jolyons effort, i have made my own scientifical study of our results so far.

according to my calcs (starting from cut off date of 1st Oct... liam = 77.5 benny = 110)

i'm running at an average of +0.56kg per week

benny is running at an average of -0.76 per week

.....i'm due to hit my target in 7 weeks, benny his in 13.

(btw pretty good guess from carl at an 8 week 82.5kg for me.... that'll be next week and if i can make a wee improvement by then i'll be pretty close to that)

hey benny have you noticed any improvements in the pool yet? zilch for me i have to say...

BentFishBoy is on a distinguished road
My game has come up quite well, not really due to fat loss, more due to extra water fitness from all the poolwork, and lot's more strength through the shoulders. I'm not getting any rotator cuff issues any more.

misleading

was i being miss leading on creatine clark ?

ps, don't prawns glow due to another phosphate naturally present in them?

not too sure, although i have seen thing´s glow in the sea on night dives.
have you seen how many power stations are on the west coast of england, the irish sea is not the healthiest of seas to be catching prawns in.

well i certainly did´nt recommend the praws that night.

I used to live in Brighton, UK.
The water there glowed a fluorescent green at times. I was there 3 summers and every spring there was a 'no swimming' order due to the water quality.
I never ate any seafood there either LOL

Nat is an unknown quantity at this point
Benny.

Have you given yourself some illness just to lose enough weight to beat Liam? If so, mad props for the commitment to the race.

PS Which disease did you pick? I hear cholera is good for rapid weight loss.

....huge amounts of weight can be lost with a good bout of food poisoning... and we didn't mention it at the outset, so it's within the rules.

within the rules, but QUITE mad to do intentionally... so it's a possibility.
