English gyms are too polite to have their fat testing eqipment on display. I advise you say "am i a chubba chubb?" to the manager.

My BMI says I'm clinically obese leading to excessive health problems.
Fortunately we all know that BMI is utter, utter rubbish.

Unfortunately the other two are very pertinent, therefore I won't be posting them.
Well, at least not until I get home where it's actually possible to find out...



Of course, from your point of view the obvious choice would be to grab me now while I'm still in low demand. There'll be much more competition in a couple of months when I'm all sleek and chiselled like a nubian love god...

Considering the content of the last posts, perhaps it would be more correct to move the conversation to the CMAS Proposal thread. I realise that it has nothing to do with CMAS, but it does on the proposal side and frankly should spice up that thread a bit, which it badly needs.

If not, perhaps Carl can start a new thread: "Ostentatious flirtation".

As your fitness consultant BFB i can say that i now know what to do in your very difficult case (of not really listening to me that is)...

go train with Stapper. She'll kick your arse of course, but you'll like it. However motivation to train won't be a prob at all. I'd say at least a week of that will see you right. If you want to marry her thats good too.

my BMI test i did online says i'm in the overweight category. ok... i havent posted any pics but... i ain't overweight.

funnily enough i think you'd find that benson even in his relatively unfit state could still whip the pants off most people in most fitness tests involving swimming due to excessive natural speed reserves and uncannily efficient swimming technique... it would surely be good for him to train with someone but people dont call him a freak for nothing.

for example i hit 34 on our beep test when very fit, benny hit 37 last year, less fit than he is now.

but beside the point, you two get into the love tub, quicksmart.

Yes - i am evil.

This month i'm also taking you too 85kg. But only for a fleeting moment as you won't be able to hold that for too long the first time around (i'll explain)
