| Geez guys it's only week 2 ! Get ovet it already. For the record i've done a tuna + protein powder + creatine + soy milk drink before. Don't try it it's evil. As was proyien powder laced pancakes. As were 10 egg whites in the microwave every morning. As was boiled chicken breast. Well, the things we do.

| What???? No Milo???? That should be a sin. Its a health food, just ask my local supermarket in London/Essex where they have it in the heath food section.

| Squats: 1. Lift stupidly heavy weight onto back. 2. Think 'My God this is heavy', and sit down. 3. Realise there is no chair. 4. Stand up again. 5. Repeat from step 2.
