| We're holding off on the Creatine until you're about 82.5 - 83kg (approx week 6 to 8) That will help you through the last bit and break any potential plateau So my view on creatine in regards to wieght training (not sure on aerobic training) - yes we'll be utilising it at the appropriate time.
