We're holding off on the Creatine until you're about 82.5 - 83kg (approx week 6 to 8)
That will help you through the last bit and break any potential plateau

So my view on creatine in regards to wieght training (not sure on aerobic training) - yes we'll be utilising it at the appropriate time.

I take it your general stance on Creatine is 'only use if you know what you're doing'? Or are there some basic rules that can be applied around its use?

not so new liam
our labratories in switzerland have been working that prototype since the cold war.
although tests have only been carried out on monkeys so far.symptoms being long laborious hours in the loo, lethal gasses and explosion of weight gain.

we'd be happy to hear any reports of change in physcological behaviours ot the patient.
