Knowing Shaza personaly and in particular, knowing that she has a very quick metabolism and very slight build atm. I'd say any caffiene wouldn't be helping her retain wieght or build strength.
Plus she puts her liver under some strain at times. LOL!

Did I mention that I have a habit of drinking about a litre of espresso between 10 and 10:30?

shaza
porridge

Hey i actually made time to make some old fashioned porridge on the stove. I did use low fat organic milk and a drizzle of organic honey. I found my game last night i did have more energy. So guess what i have had my porridge this morning

I cut back on coffee, i actually had none yesterday, just water and a couple of cups of black tea(this still has caffine in it)

What i did have also a couple of hours b4 the game was a small bowl of pasta with bolonise sauce and 3 table spoons of cooked vegies. And a couple of eyeball gummies, 2 pieces of 85% cocoa chocolate.

Cheers
Sharon

Porridge sounds great.
Sweets and chocolates ... ummm.

Try looking at Body-for-LIFE for more food ideas Shaza. Do some reading and then we'll talk about it together.

Nat is an unknown quantity at this point
Benson. Stop lying. You don't drink a liter of espresso every morning. You inject it into your eyeballs- oral ingestion long since stopped working for you and the rest of your available veins collapsed three months ago.

As for so-called Organic honey. How can honey, which we can't synthesise yet, possibly be 'organic' (whatever that word is defined as this month). You can't really control which flowers bees visit either. This is the problem that people marketing manuka honey have.

Training Challenge end of week 2 update time.
Lets hear from the trainees as to who's sticking to the plan, who's fallen off, who never started and the individual results.
Put it up people ;-)

We have a podcast to upload too. It was recorded last week with Atapene and dealt with the concept or homeostasis also known as the body/minds resistance to change. I'm sure we've all fought that natural instinct in our training LOL!
I'll put it up today sometime

atapene will become famous soon enough
things were ok for most of last week until i caught a cold on thursday afternoon... was actually pretty weird as i've never had one come on so quick before, but anyway i had to take a day off work and basically hibernate in bed all the weekend watching dvds and sleeping... pretty annoying but can't be helped. i usually drop a bit of weight when sick so i'll be interested to see whether i have or not at the gym this avo.

on the positives, i feel heaps better now and its been a pretty quick turnaround for a cold.

i didnt have a binge eating day while i was trying to get healthy, and likely wont this weekend either cos we have a camp, will try to eat big but not junk crap on the sunday.

...i have gone through a LOT of porridge and rice so far.

update later this avo, cheers
