Hi guys

Given the current spirit of sharing I thought some of you might be interested in this. It is something i put together to provide some basic things to do to help promote individual skill development.

While aimed at beginner and club players all these skills are things i do myself as part of my training, it is also only a one pager so it could also be used as a handout.

Hint: its much easier to read printed out
