| Liam, have you ever noticed that your wrists are exceptionally well developed and muscular? You must be doing something to keep them all pumped up like that...

| ...ta daaaaa! actually the gyro ball works more than just the wrist, it'll have your whole arm, shoulder and core muscles in a lather pretty quick. i'm sure it ould be good training for hockey if you really thought you needed to beef up your wrist and arm strength and that.

| I have one sitting on my desk and go thru phases of using it. As Liam said, it's not just about strengthening wrists but all the other muscles in the arm, shoulder and hand as well. As with any new exercise just don't overdo it to start with. I haven't sustained any injuries from using it so feel free to fondle your ball as much as you like. Just in case anyone is wondering what we are talking about http://www.gyrotwister.com.au/

| They work great if you move your arm in full range of motion, like you would or wish you could move the puck. For fun try to keep two spinning at the same time while moving through range of motion. B- |
