| Weight Training Myth Busters I'm on a bit of a rant so i thought that i'd... ummmm.... ahhhh... rant some more :P Weight training Myths Busters; 1. Myth -If i lift weights i'll look like a Body Builder. Busted - bull****. If i go for a swim & hold my breath for a bit would i become Liam? No. Get over it, it won't happen. You will get stronger & more injury resistant however 2. Myth - if i lift weights i'll look like a man. Busted - bull****. There's more to anatomy than dumbells. You'll look like a female athlete. Thats hot btw 3. Myth - a big bench will help my game. Busted - bull****. Tell me when in a game you're flat on your back with a bar in your hand. It will wreck your rotators however 4. Myth - I know what to do at the gym. Busted - bull****. Find a trainer that understands(or at least wants to) UWH. Specific training for soecific sports by specific coaches helps your specific self :roll: 5. Myth - if i train i can eat whatever i want. Busted - bull****. Fat sticks and if not now soon. Age is against us all eventually (if you're lucky) eat clean now & the future will be easier. Hope it helps ![]()
