maybe easyer to tell
this stick a i'm holding at the photo.
But i like to see the other variations.

Oh. In that case you lied, that thing has a huge hook on it.

Tuck, if your shoulder hurts then you're looking at the puck as you do it and trying to force your body into a motion that your physiology isn't designed for. As soon as the rotation of your wrist starts look away from the puck, over the opposite shoulder and the movement will become much more natural.

I call that a hookless stick (but i think there is a differents what we call a hook)
This is the stick were i normal play with. See the differends. This i call a stick with a hook.
Like i especialy wanted as defender.
(this is also the stick were i train the freestyle movements with.)

But when do you think you have those other "benson"moves on photo? Its important. TO everybody to see.
8)

No. The backside hook is greath for stealing the puck.
(for me then. Everything on that sticks has a reason. Original made and designd for myself)

The weight? 150 grammes by 1 stick.
(ps it is a left-handed stick)
The lenght is including handle 28 cm long.
And like the rules say it also floot.

1 kilo = 1000 grammes
A puck is 1,2 t/m 1,5 kilo

More like this?

both are easy to use for stealing the puck.

but it's now more a stick discussion,
shall be discuss that by sticks or the artikel i wrote about polyurethane sticks
And here discuse more about skills. to learn from each other.
