| Oh. In that case you lied, that thing has a huge hook on it. Tuck, if your shoulder hurts then you're looking at the puck as you do it and trying to force your body into a motion that your physiology isn't designed for. As soon as the rotation of your wrist starts look away from the puck, over the opposite shoulder and the movement will become much more natural.
