Many flavours and a texture like a mouthfull of lung butter.

Good stuff but I always hated the feeling.

baked beans and tuna on toast. its mean. carbs, touch of protein... yum.

yeah and leppins are basically like GU but more yummy, and more watery. same concept. need lots of water with them.

i've seen him eating that combination. it's not pleasant to be around.
and you are probably assuming it is eaten heated up too, right? wrong.

often it is just mushed up in a bowl and consumed [over a 2 or 3 hour period] at room temperature.

Beans and tuna together are great. Doesn't sound or lock pleasant but don't knock it until you try it! I have a cupboard full of it at work for handy nutritious snacks or lunch.
