| Guess you should have stuck around a bit longer Atapene... Great to see so many teams participating and that Argonauta is there this year. Will this be with the new team they restructured for this year Jols? Will you be there by the way? Really looking forward to this. First descent tournament in months for me. Really should get some Swedes crazy enough to join me in the water, but all uwh-rugby I'm afraid |

| Tony could you tell me what the qualifying criteria is for the Euro clubs? The reason I ask as Ealing won the National Finals in 2007 and Southsea came 2nd. If its by Nautilis Southport won it in 2006. I dont understand how Reading are there representing England |

Not sure yet, currently waiting for the birth of our second child, 5 days overdue at the moment. The longer it takes the less likely I am to be able to disappear for a weekend..

what the hell do you care about euro club nationals and if they are cmas sanctioned or not? you renounced your affiliation to cmas uwh and have nailed your colours to waa's mast. you [to the best of my knowledge] are neither in, nor affiliated to any teams in europe. let the european folks run their own affairs. if the folks in europe decide they want to have a cross-border club competition that's their business and no-one else's. there are many many club competitions on this planet. i'd guess none of them are official cmas events. until waa decides it want's to run a rival euro club champs on it's official calendar and do all the organising for the folks in europe it's none of your business. in the meantime european uwh is expanding and developing apparently without waa's help. sniping from the sidelines will only leave you left behind. insert declaimer about personal views not representative of national organisation etc etc here. you know the routine folks. hmm maybe i'll just change my signature

and for your information, 'I' have not renounced 'my' (federation?) affiliation to CMAS. USOA still belongs to all 3 committees and several uw sport commissions: fin, skin spear, uw rugby. My federation also belongs to USOC, DEMA, NASO, etc.
