Are the French the World Champions?

Well technically the French are the World Champions in Men's and Ladies.
But is that claim realistic?

as far as i see it , yes why not. Why other countries didnt enter the competition, i dont know, and i dont care. Are there any other federation, that can organize world championships ?

The last time I looked the mens trophy was still in NZ with mine and 12 other NZ names on it...

So the french are world champs. Iff you like it or not?
It has nothing to do with cemas or not or the troubles there are.
Like your trophy is a cemas trophy this was the cemas uwh champs.
SO we have a new world champs. That won the title on a fair way on the worlds champ toernament.

if there were more of NZL players as coaches, you would easily beat the french team.

aothorise and organise goes together, otherwise we cold organise world championships in Ljubljana

french team won all the games, except one with the coaches, so they can claim to be UWH world champions under seemyass federation.

Yeah, I think I'll continue clinging to my little fantasies all the same. As far as I'm concerned France won the first CMAS World Games, and well done to them for that and all the other teams that participated, it was an awesome event.

But Underwater Hockey World Champions? I think I'll just lie to people and continue laying claim to that one for a while yet...

According to CMAS, France are the world uwh champions BUT that doesn't make them the best uwh teams in the world!!

cmas are [for now] the overall governing body of our sport
they say france are world champs, then france are world champs.

they played, and beat, the best teams and players that attended the world champs.

Motor racing has several world bodies who all have world champions, Boxing the same. By the actions of those who didn't show up in Bari which was the majority of playing teams, I would not say CMAS controls the game.

I would say those that stood together as one control it as they are the majority and we all know who are the world champions are of that group.
