Hi there . I´m sort of new here . My name is David and I´m speaking from the portugueses underwater hockey team . Because we are new in the business we don´t know what is needed to enter into 2008 aquachallenge. Can anyone clear me on that because we are looking forward to go to SA . And can anyone tell if your national federation helps you financial like travel costs and stuff . thank you very much

Welcome Portugal!!! Maybe you could organise a comp in Portugal after the Worlds, I'd suspect a few Aussies will be heading north to Europe afterwards so you may be able to get some international teams. The sthn hemisphere teams would certainly like to swap their cold miserable winter for a nice Portugese Summer!

Winter? I don't see no freakin winter?

I don't think antipodeans should be complaining about long cold winters. There are Europeans and Canadians listening and they will laugh at us.

I'm just complaining because Melbourne is having its first real winter since I've been living here (which is now 6 years). It's actually raining! Canadians need to understand, us Aussies have been in drought for a fair while now. We used to run around all excited when it snowed, because it was such a rarity, now we run around like maniacs when it rains, cos it just doesn't happen!
