We're quickly approaching our second birthday here....

and I'm wanting to revamp the web site, mostly because I'm bored at it's look.
So folks what would you all like to see?
The forum is the heart of the site but perhaps we should lay out a traditional site with the forum integrated as a stand alone page for example?
More content pages?

Alex is the design queen so any ideas for her are also welcome.

When googling underwater hockey, this site pops up fifth in the search results.
I can imagine that a lot of people who just heard about the sport would click on it to have a look. Maybe a general information page, including country contacts so people can easily get in touch with officials that can help them to get started.
Another idea is to create a page with all the links that are currently gathered in a thread on the forum. Also integration with the underwaterhockey tourist would be nice so one can easily pin point the nearest club in the area when being on holiday for example.

Also an open calendar where members can post their tournaments. Interesting to know if any cool tournaments are coming up that one can travel to.
Invitations are already going out via facebook and that is a cool thing, But a simple calendar here could also be cool.

What about a library that includes interesting documents for beginners, like Bensons stick paper. It shouldn't become something where just anyone can place their documents, so I suggest you Carl decide what is posted.

Just some thoughts, hope you can do something with them and will post when I have some more

While it is impressive looking, a smaller banner at the top of the page would make browsing a little more pleasant.

Fred, there is already a calendar.... or do you mean in a different form?

oops, missed the calendar Jols.
Although this might mean that the button could be a bit more visible.

web site

When i first came on to the website,i found it a bit difficult to find my way around it,there seems to be a lot of info on it but not laid out so clear.

Maybe more icons like other websites out there so its easy n clear and keeping it
"gimp proof"

And thanks for all your hard work on it..
