Goodbye Australia - from Sophia

Alex interviews Sophia Tapper (UK Ladies Captain 2006) as she prepares to leave Australia.
Sophia reflects on her extended playing/study tour 'down under', vows to win Gold for the UK one day (yes the UK, she's British just in case anyone missed that?)
And generally tells us that she had a great time (besides the cold beer that is)

I played in the Brissy Tourni with the Wizards, I had the best time ever!!! Winning is always fun. Was such a tough tourni and the next few days i was so tired, 7 x 20min hard games is not so easy. But we played great as a team and Dave and Matt really played awesomly in the finals! was impressive. And Mr Hendo was a great coach/captain. thanks very much for inviting me, was a pleasure.

Ha haa. Um, where's Devon? Anyway, who cares how far it is, it's not like you've got a job to go to or anything...

Newcastle... hmmm... The pool is really, um, 'typically english'. The play isn't too bad though, the confined space is a great equaliser.

The pool we play in is in Castletown Sunderland. (just outside of Newcastle), it's a nice pool but on the small side (the shallow end can especially get a bit interesting) and I like to think we play a nice, fun but competetive game (which, thanks to benson, is getting more and more hectic and direct with each week)
