Hello to all

I heard from a guy, who knows this guy, that there is a discussion about the gloves i make, on one of the uwh forums, so i registered to see what goes on

I havent introduced myself.
My name is Marko , and i was born and raised in SLovenia( EX-Yugoslav republic ) I will be 30 yrs old in October. I play Uwh for 5 yrs .

The first glove i bought from a fellow player. But i forgot in on the very first training. i asked this guy, how do you make gloves? So he explained me a few things about materials, times,... so i made a glove for myself . then this guy stopped making gloves and opened a diving centre, so i was pushed into "production" of gloves for our team . Thats how it all began 5 yrs ago.

beside playing UWh i like biking and football, hacky sack, and of course skiing.

Slovenia is a small country (only 2 million people), we didnt travel a lot around the world, we attend EU champs, but we dont have money for world champs.

The best Uwh experience for me was playing against NZL team in Andorra, just prior to Sheffield. Then i saw how much we suck :shock:

you guys didn't suck marko you were really good!

you scored more goals against us than 6 of the top 10 countries we played at the worlds! and playing against you guys was really great for us... when we all finally had our gear! haha.

plus, the outdoor pool area in andorra was an amazing place for mental relaxation.

Everyone's doing it so here I am ...

Keith from Tasmania, long serving player of the Berserkers. Started playing in 1982. Played 9 nationals for Tasmania, coming second to WA every year but my last in 2000 where we won in WA. Also played for Australia 5 times, winning two worlds and one Southern Hemisphere. Last worlds was in Hobart, home town. I've also played in Melbourne for about a year.

Like Gav, I got a real job ... and now a family. So I started playing again this year after about 18 months off. So unfit. Scary thing is now i'm old enough for Masters ... and where did my abs go (if found, please return to ...)?
