| Hello All... I'm Caragh from Hobart, Tassie... been playing for about 8yrs... played in southerns in 2003/05 in jnrs and worlds in 2004 in jnrs and a few nationals in jnrs and womens... Its good to see everyone getting into hockey on this site... The site if fab!!!! |

| Hey!! I'm Jac, like Caragh also from Tassie... (caragh, great to see some other tas chicks on here!) Have been playing since about 92 with about 7 years off in the middle... Came back to UWH in 02 and have played a few nat's for Tas women and the last 2 southern hemis for OZ. Love playing with Belle... missed u in NZ!! :cry: Thats about it from me...... Yep, still playing down here in dear old hobart... very keen for nationals... think we'll be able to put together a decent team this time... was keen for perth but my work are bums and wouldnt give me any leave... so will hopefully see you in melbourne for nats in january!!! Hope life is treating you all well over there in sunny vic!!! |

| Hell, i've been outed now, might as well use cut and paste for some good. i've edited it down a wee bit. 1983, started playing as a schoolboy. 1984, played in first ever schools national championships in NZ – and coached the team I was in to boot. Yes folks, 1984 – that’s the head-start NZ has got on most of you in terms of junior player development. 1986 joined an adult club, played in premier division at NZ club nationals: 1993.987 selected for local provincial ‘A’ team 1988 selected for NZ men’s team, played in every test NZ played until 1991. 1989 level 1 refs course, 1991 level 2 refs course, 1992 refereed at world champs. 1994 took over coaching NZ junior teams. 1998 – finished coaching junior teams 2001 got one of the top coaching jobs in NZ – the national men’s side. In 2005 I went to Euro champs in Marseille and helped coach the Turkish national side. Oh yes, I refereed the final between France & The Netherlands at Euros 2005 [much to Thomas’s disgust!] In all the gaps above you would have found me at the local pool coaching I’m still the coach of the NZ team. I'm available to coach and/or help any team on the planet that asks - just email me. oh yeah, I live in Wellington, NZ. I'm old, fat and grey now, but my mind is still reasonably sharp.
