well the rule says that Jols can only play for one federation UNTIL he satisfies the requirements of playing for another . necessary requirement? citizenship.

dual citizenship means he meets requirement continually - ie he can bounce from one team to the next - possibly during a game if he is on the team sign-on sheet of both and has 2 caps/sticks/swimwear etc close to hand.

the requirements are seperated by OR, not and. i can only assume that the writer of the regulations had this sort of situation in mind when they were so specific with their choice of wording.
i think it's kinda quirky and cool.

To further increase my chances, I am considering moving to France or Australia in a couple of months and living there until 2010 worlds. That should give me three teams to play for.
