That is hilarious, now I know how he was able to "arrange a special price with the sellers back home" to sell a bunch of them here.
Yeah he was actually talking about reshaping and filing them down as a benifit of the material, as well as roughing up the playing area to better grip the puck. I've seen this done in a variety of different ways with all kinds of plastic and urethane sticks, maybe not to the extent he did with his but same concept.
I have found that in general shorter sticks, or sticks with a bit less mass are good for getting a nice high flick, but lack some of the distance. I'll see this weekend about the dorsal stick, i've kinda started collecting various stick designs even if I don't like them, so I'll probably end up with a pair.
