I have used something similar to what gav was talking about in the past,but i can't remember the name. It was some kind of aquatic glue (aqua clear or something like that) Dried as a smooth layer over the latex.

Made the glove slide along the bottom, although if the pool surface was rough in any way, it wore off pretty quickly. It may be fine between the fingers though.
