After a blessure to me hand and fingers/thump, I had especially at home a rubber band on me fingers, and then the finger tops against each other and afterwards from each other to moved. This it had been meant train the muscles in the hand and fingers.
Maybe it is also a good way to warm-up your hand before the game.
A bat with an adjusted hand-grip? more differcult for wooden sticks :lol:
My own stick are already made at my own inside off my hand.
