Roughly:
Amsterdam play Friday nights
Hilversum play Wednesday and Saturday I think
Den Haag/Rijswijk play Tuesday nights
Breda play Monday/Wednesday/Saturday

3rd Saturday of September tournament in Breda, which is ususally pretty good. Can always find you a team to play for.

Bear in mind that in summer almost all of these places will be closing for some kind of period. This is usually mid July through to end August. In that time there are some other places it is possible to play outside, but that is limited.
