the bet is still on, benson is ridiculously slack and has stopped posting his improvements but he's still dropping weight, he's been weighing in at 99-97 last couple of weeks now. i couldnt afford to be staying away from the aerobic stuff anymore, and my weight has dropped a bit to 82-83, and is hovering there. my best figure was 84.9.
i have chopped my gym stuff down a wee bit, have reduced sets on hypertrophy days but still want to keep on with the sessions cos i'm still getting good strength out of it, keeping the power stuff the same at the moment but lowering the weight very slightly and concentrating on repetition speed and technique. would like to drop the number of sets for some of the power stuff.... but would like carls advice on that.
also keen to have a crack at plyometric stuff, just a wee bit... sounds useful.
