| Why do we have and A and B division?
Why not have Groups and after 2-3 games the top teams move into the top half of the draw and the bottom teams move into the bottom half of the draw. ie it could be like the super eight's stage of the Cricket World Cup except you have the bottom half still playing in a similar system to complete the round robin.
By operating a draw this way all the games count and results are rewarded and it takes two or three good results to make the quarter finals not one off result.
It is also easier for the draw person to fit the number of games into the available pool time. |
