i assume you would get the money from the same place you will be getting the $2500 USD from to buy from body bagz

why do you need to print 'referee' and personalize every vest? i think the vest clearly identifies the individual as an official. save 3/25 % of costs right there.
and whilst i'm having a ranting sort of day: why black togs [swimsuits] for refs? sure, black is a slimming colour, but i can tell you from grim personal experience it has it limits. i think many refs are beyond those limits.
how about refs wearing red togs to match their caps?
