| whoops didnt i check in on monday?
well i've finished my loading phase of creatine... now i'm into the maintenance stage. i did notice a weight gain through fluid retention in the first couple of days, but havent noticed big results in the gym yet... i have made small gains in most exercises but nothing i wouldnt have expected anyway. APART from dips, where for some crazy reason i pretty much near doubled the weight i was using... not sure why.
eating, i've been ok lately, fewer interruptions so things have gone easier. dont worry benny, we are having our fat % taken at the next camp... (i wouldnt hold too much stock in the beep test showing accurate vo2 max results tho)
weighed in at 83kg at the start of this week.
