| ....well, ok. i dunno about overtraining though... to be fair this whole time it hasn't even felt like i'm training at all. 4 sessions a week plus a couple of games and a swim? i suppose i have been doing spin as well most weeks... but ok i will button off on the extras and get more rest.
i am going to try and slide out of taking some sessions on the weekend for the U18's, will head off to a hangi on saturday instead.
