sorry if that reads as a double negative. hmmm let me try again.
scenario:
BOA/BUSA decides not to participate in Durban.
a group of well-skilled, well-trained GB women arrive in Durban and ask to register to play.
will WAA let them play [and/or call themselves the GB womens snorkle-battle-extreme team]?
...assuming WAA accepted their entry form and entry fee in the first place. |
Not to worry, I'm not bad with numerous nots and also humorous knots. And since it's my party, I will not let the Ladies of GB not be allowed to access the fun and festivities in Durban, not Istanbul. Not that I would not allow them to have fun in Instanbul too. Not only that, but what seems to be not found (lost) in most of these non-official translations of not official posts is that there are not rules as to what is not acceptable or what does not constitute a country to the not yet authorized and all-welcoming non-organized organization that has a name that is also not yet official and whatnot.
You see, as Carol has said there is not yet any bylaws, trilaws, or inlaws, but only a draft of some documents that are not recognized by anyone and may or may not make up the official papers of some not yet to be officially named future organization not yet officially in existence to oversee the not yet, but soon to be, Doug's Party Championships of the World (a name that I wholly own but would allow anyone to use at any time for any event). Assuming that is not incorrect, there is no one to determine what is or is not okay.
This is where I step in and start offering some positives instead of all the negatives. As anyone who has ever hosted a party of magnatude knows it is difficult to do yourself. Especially when you are thousands of miles and even more kilometers away from the party site. I think I will assign the organizing rights of my party to South Africa. Look to them to have some unofficial names for some unofficial organizations and unofficial games with an address to where you can send your OFFICIAL RSVP.
There, it's out now. It's official.
