What do you call that move?

So I’ve had a question on my mind for quite a while, about hockey vocabulary. It came to my mind in parts, when some of our (US players) looked bewildered and confused when we were speaking about team/individual skills and they were unfamiliar with the jargon we used for moves.

Then in Sheffield the 247.tv guy was asking about some of these things to improve his commentary and I was trying to explain to him, with limited knowledge, the same move/movement has different names in different parts of the world. Some I do know.
US = End Around / AUS = Switch
US,CAN = Deek / SA, NZ, OZ = Dummy

So the question is what are some of the terms used for moves, individual or team, and how did they originate, and are there differences for different regions of the same Country?

In the US and CAN many of the terms, ie Deek, were taken from Ice Hockey, some borrowed from Basketball or American Football.
