um, pics.... to be honest i just dont think i'm gonna see much of a visible difference, the amount of weight we're talking about. i never looked much different whether i was 76kg or 81kg... certainly not like the changes bennys gunning for i think.
if you want to see where i'm starting from, i have a shot from when i was in turkey, about 73kg or maybe even less than that. sorry to any who dont like being plastered up on the net randomly but hey we all posed for this after all
