I JUST GOT ON THE GB SQUAD

Part of the assesment was a Fitness test. It was very simple and i would be interested to know what you guys on this site can do.
in this order...
with hockey kit on...and a friend with a stopwatch on the side.
25m sprint underwater,
3min rest
20L (500m) Half underwater, half over.
3min rest
25m sprint underwater.
There were other assesments, but i want to know what the rest of the world is doing these in
