Graham is elected, by cmas voting members, at some big cmas soiree every 4 year years - last time was 2005.
the commission members are appointed by Graham.
that's not election, that's selection. quite different things.
makes it very easy to get things 'done' though if you have a committee of like-minded souls.
i do think french/spanish/german/czech/slovenian & turkish speaking uwh players should be canvassed for possible names - we might get a really cool sounding one.
i'm not such a francophobe as to reject their language out of hand. |
