I think dehydration isn't an issue, I drink a shedload of water during the day and I know what it feels like from spearfishing. This is different.
The porridge isn't an issue, I start every morning with that or muesli & yogurt. I think its the lack of 'proper' meals during the day if anything. Any suggestions for something quick and reasonably easy to do at work? I tend to work all day and train at night, meaning I get home around 10pm and I'm seldom in the mood to cook something to reheat the next day. I end up mostly relying on protein shakes, tuna and vogels at work. |
