On the specialfins front, I got a pair with the Omer footpockets. Unfortunately Omer appears to have downgraded the quality of these in the last few months (they're 60% of the price they used to be) and I blew them into several pieces in a single session. Up until that point they were pretty good. Karmo at specialfins has been good about the whole thing and replaced the footpockets (which I destroyed again). So now he's replacing them with a custom pair made to the dimensions I gave him.
