I am totally guessing here, but I'd bet I'm very close to accurate. The name was developed by5 or less people and no more than 25 have agreed that it fits. If you tossed it out to the world hockey community 90% or more would say "WHAT the F..." And we are the ones that are playing this game. Also, Graham is as stubborn as me so it won't change unless a lot of pressure is put on him.
